As I was deciding what recipe to make from Ree’s new book, my eyes were quickly drawn to her Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies. I love a good thin crispy cookie so I knew this was the recipe for me!

Ok, back to the cookies 🙂 These cookies took no time at all to whip up. The dough was absolutely delicious! Yes, those are my PJ’s in the reflection of my KitchenAid, lol!

I’m making chili. My stomach is telling me I’d better get started, too!
I am having a concoction I make myself I call Cuke,raddish and Shrimp, Oh MY!… Start by cutting up a european cuke, some raddish and cooked chilled shrimp, marinated in Braggs Amino acids ( soy sauce can be subsituted), braggs apple cider vineagar and Herbamare seasoning. All is done to taste.
Pad Thai with shrimp….YUM!!!

Pasta salad with asparagus, olives, onions, sharp cheddar cheese and bell peppers in italian dressing. My easy, go-to dinner. 😀

Leftovers! I made Ribollita, from 101 Cookbooks, for dinner on Sunday and I have just enough for tonight!
Made grilled, wild, NC shrimp with rice pilaf and broccoli! Delicious.

I’m going to bunco tonight, so I think it’ll be appetizers and a nice glass of wine.

Tonight I made some homemade chicken enchiladas, homemade refried pinto beans and yellow rice with onion and tomato. Dessert is a spice cake made with the cake mix, one can of pumpkin and 1/2 cup of water. Baked in a bundt pan with melted cream cheese frosting drizzled on top. Yummo!
I love the Pioneer Woman show. The recipes are so easy and so good.
