As I was deciding what recipe to make from Ree’s new book, my eyes were quickly drawn to her Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies. I love a good thin crispy cookie so I knew this was the recipe for me!

Ok, back to the cookies 🙂 These cookies took no time at all to whip up. The dough was absolutely delicious! Yes, those are my PJ’s in the reflection of my KitchenAid, lol!
I was so excited to get these babies in the oven!

I am having a light Dinner with Greek Yogurt and Mixed Berries. The rest of the family is having Spaghetti with Italian Sausage, green salad and garlic cheese bread. I love Ree’s recipes. I also live on a ranch and understand the lifestyle and the appetites that go along with it.
I made your Stovetop Broccoli and Cheese Chicken pasta – it was DELICIOUS and a hit with everyone, I’ll definitely be making that again!!! Can’t wait to get Ree’s new cookbook, thanks for the chance to win it – those cookies look/sound amazing!!
We didn’t have lunch until dinner time, and it was broiled fish and scallops.

Tonight I made a roast chicken with roasted vegetables and potatoes!
Sloppy joes and sweet potato fries.

We had crockpot Moroccan chicken with couscous.

Sort of boring tonight, potstickers, edaname, and ramen noodles. I’m working with a 5 year old.
We are having grilled chicken tonight. Probably asparagus and some type of potato to go with it.
we had a goat cheese artichoke tart with a polenta crust and fried ribs. I know a weird combo but that is what my tummy wanted.
I had some dirty rice with chicken souvlaki wrapped in pita. And a bunch of cookies.
BLT sandwiches for the kids; leftover pot roast for me. Hubby is away this week.
I can’t decide between creamy stovetop mac & cheese or goat cheese tomato soup with a grilled cheese
Grilled sauerkraut sandwiches with chocolate milk shakes!
Pan-seared tilapia over rice!
Made spicy black beans over corn cakes topped with tomatoes and avocado.
Made breakfast for dinner — blueberry protein smoothie and banana quinoa souffle. Yum!
We had salsa chicken…yum!!
Not very exciting tonight–we had a bunch of different leftovers. But tomorrow we’re having shrimp and broccoli stir-fry and double layer brownies to celebrate my son’s 2nd birthday.
