As I was deciding what recipe to make from Ree’s new book, my eyes were quickly drawn to her Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies. I love a good thin crispy cookie so I knew this was the recipe for me!

Ok, back to the cookies 🙂 These cookies took no time at all to whip up. The dough was absolutely delicious! Yes, those are my PJ’s in the reflection of my KitchenAid, lol!
I was so excited to get these babies in the oven!

Sadly, I did not cook tonight. Fast food was all my frazzled brain could handle.

Ironically enough I made steak bites (a PW recipe and DELICIOUS) with sweet potatoes fries and a salad. 🙂
After a nasty bout with a shellfish allergy, I’m not feeling 100% yet or up to cooking, and husband is working late tonight…so I made the kids pancakes with strawberries. Not very exciting but the best I could manage tonight.
Leftover homemade sloppy joe’s and lightened up au gratin potatoes!
I made “melt in your mouth chicken”! I loooove Pioneer Woman, hope I win!
Cheeseburgers – onion rings – salad!
Easy – threw together a spinach salad & a vinaigrette.
Supper tonight was meatloaf, mashed potatoes, steamed carrots, and peas with Blueberry Boy Bait for dessert. I made it at my daughter’s house because I get to help out with my brand new grandson!

I made homemade Brunswick stew.

We had homemade pizza with fresh veggies. And for dessert I tried a new recipe, cheesecake made in the crockpot.
Can’t wait to make these cookies.
Made chicken and shrimp chow mein. Yum yum!!!
Hubby out so we grilled a Porterhouse Steak and made tomatoe salad!
I didn’t make any supper tonight. eating is over rated!
Zucchini pasta with turkey breast filets and made-from-scratch pesto. Though I must admit the kids did most the work, as I can’t get them out of the kitchen lately!
I made Italian Chicken with rice for dinner tonight.
I would love to win. Okay, so tonight we’re having Polska Kielbasa browned in a non-stick pan with some kalamata olives, zucchini, squash, and little bit of broccoli. It’s really good. Oh, and some sliced mushrooms, all served over steamed rice.
dinner tonight was leftovers.. had to meet up with friends so it was a fast one.
We had parent/teacher conferences tonight until 7:00, then a meeting at church at 7:00 finally home at 8:30! I had a bowl of soup.

I already had dinner. We stopped in at a delightful Ethiopian restaurant and shared the huge round platter of delicious food.
I made BBQ chicken in the crock pot and cheesy mashed potatoes. Smells delicious!
