How To Make BBQ Potatoes
Since the potatoes take the most time to cook, start by heating the skillet to medium high heat. Once the oil is hot, add your potatoes and BBQ rub seasoning over top. Stir every couple minutes to make sure all sides get browned and cooked through.
Place your chicken tenders into a large zip top bag and add the BBQ sauce. Close zip top and massage sauce over all pieces of chicken.

- 1 tablespoon Sriracha hot sauce
BBQ Potatoes
- 2 1/2 pounds baby red potatoes quartered
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce Mix and Dry Rub
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
