Chicken Tortilla Soup is a favorite for Christmas evening supper. Fast,easy and cheap to put together and is so delicious after having a big Christmas dinner.
One of my favorite chicken recipes is chicken divan. A great way to get my family to eat broccoli! I use the Swanson canned chicken to save time. It’s delicious too!
another swanson chicken thing I’ve made for years..take a can of chicken and heat it (and get it kinda toasty) in a pan with some butter, salt, pepper and garlic. Then take some canned biscuits and make like biscuit pockets with them and a piece of cheese on the inside too and just bake until the biscuit is done. So good and so easy!
really generic but my FAVORITE chicken salad is just swanson chicken and miracle whip-the end. seriously..no apples or grapes or nuts to get in the way just the good chicken and the good miracle whip!
I make chicken salad sandwiches a lot. Mmm…grapes and celery, chicken, mayo and pepper on a Hawaiian roll. Delish!

A nice, chucky homemade chicken salad!
Spicky chicken tacos. Chicken chunks with mexican seasonings and spices, along with cheddar cheese and the usual taco fixins.
Chicken tacos or chicken enchiladas. I always think enchiladas are a lot of work until I make then. Then I realize they are a quick and easy meal!
Any kinds of cold pasta salad with chicken, cheese and whatever else I have to throw in there. 🙂
Chicken BLT Salad . . . takes 5 minutes to make!
