A quick and easy chicken dinner I make all the time is poppy seed chicken. Cook shredded chicken with olive oil and seasonings, layer in pan. Mix sour cream and cream chicken soup, spread over chicken. Mix ritz crackers, poppy seeds, and butter- top it off. Bake and enjoy!! 🙂 Yummy!
I like sticky lemon chicken with garlic, thyme, sherry vinegar, soy sauce, honey and lemon – quick and easy!
Salad with grilled chicken on top.
Chicken quesadillas are delicious! Also chicken salad, and sliced chicken breast on sandwiches!
This time of year in Florida, we always like a nice light dish that doesn’t take a whole lot of time in the kitchen with the oven on! I love to add chicken to a fresh, crisp salad and have dinner ready in a snap!
chicken packets – chicken, cream cheese and whatever veggies you want baked in packets made with refrigerated crescent rolls – the kids love these!

Tonight we are making one of our favorite easy chicken dinners – simply chicken breast marinated all day in italian dressing and then thrown on the grill!
