Salty!!!!!!!!
I am addicted to popcorn. I would eat it every night if I could. Although I can eat popcorn any way (I recently made a wonderful white chocolate peppermint popcorn), if it isn’t regular old butter and salt popcorn, it just leaves me still craving more. Actually, I eat the first half of my popcorn plain, to curb my salt craving, but then I eat the last half with m&m’s to satisfy my need for sweet. I love popcorn!

Well – I’m sorry, as I beat you all!!! My father owned a gas station for many years as I was growing up. I am now 55! One year a traveling salesman came through with pans, which my father bought and I put them in my “hope” chest. (if anyone remembers that:) I have one pan left – my popcorn pan. It has traveled the country with me and has a rubber band on the handle. It HAS made the best white popcorn and every gathering I attend wants my “popcorn”. How do you make this???? “In my special pan”. The pan has bit the dust -aghhhh – I need something to replace it for the “popcorn mom”. I love making a batch, the first night with butter and mac and cheese/cheese sprinkles! The rest of the week for snacking and YES – I eat popcorn for dinner!!!
