Here is one of my favorite ways to use crescent rolls!!
Pumpkin Spiced Cream Cheese Breakfast Rolls
2 packages/cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
4 0z cream cheese, softened
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1/4 Cup canned pumkin (Libby’s)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Unroll crescent rolls to form 4 rectangles placed side by side. Pinch seams together to form one long rectangle. Place cream cheese, brown sugar, pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg into a mixer; beat until well combined. Spread mixture over crescents leaving a 1/2 inch border around edges. Starting at long end, roll up then cut into 1 inch pieces. Place around 2 9 inch cake pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray. I left the centers open so the rolls form a circle.
2. Bake for 28-30 minutes or until rolls are golden brown. Remove and let cool for 10 minutes. Frost warm rolls with cream cheese frosting recipe below.
Frosting
4 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 Cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon canned pumpkin (Libby’s)
1. Mix all ingredients into a large bowl until smooth. Spread over warm rolls.

For a quick & impressive dessert, I make magic marshmallow puffs. They were the grand prize winner in 1969.
I’m a fan of pigs in a blanket. It’s old school and oh so good.
My favorite use for crescent rolls is to make danishes out of them.
When I need a quick dinner for my kids, I like to use the cresent rolls and wrap ham and cheese in them, then cook them and serve with tomato soup.
I just used the crescent rolls for a dinner party on tuesday night to make BUFFALO CHICKEN SPIRALS! sooo amazing!
CHOCOLATE! Roll up a rectangle of Chocolate or a small handful of Chocolate Chips! I like using Bittersweet, but my family prefers Milk Chocolate.
I use the crescent rolls to make veggie pizza. Roll them out on a cookie sheet and bake, then spread a cream cheese ranch mixture on top and top with broccoli, tomatoes, and onions…Soooo good!
Hmmm…I’d say chicken and cheese stuffed with a cream of chicken sauce on it. YUM!
Mmmm…they make delightfully tasty apple turnovers!!!

Your recipe looks great! I love making a veggie pizza with the Pillsbury crescent rolls – cream cheese and usually some broccoli and peppers on top. 🙂
I love them plain. But the one I thinks sound the best is the chocolate candy bar bundles. Who wouldn’t want warm chocolate and caramel wrapped in doughy goodness.
I love chicken pillows–filled with chicken and cream cheese and celery. Yum!
Veggie Pizza!
It’s a tie between veggie pizza and little crescent dogs made with little smokies and cheese. I can’t decide!
I love to make cinnamon rolls with them! And eat them plain. But I think I want to try those chicken and cheese things everyone else is talking about 🙂
Our family likes good old hot dogs wrapped in the dough and baked. Simple and yummy!
