Cheesy Bacon Biscuits

This simple biscuit recipe has been one of our very favorites to make since 2011. We enjoy whipping it up on the weekends, when entertaining family and friends. This biscuit recipe works great for breakfast and even dinner recipes…Italian meals such as spaghetti and lasagna. See my homemade biscuit recipe for more inspiration.

I loved these in a rustic cast iron skillet, but if you do not have one, a small 8×8-inch baking dish would work too. Hope you will enjoy, bake some up today, you’ll be glad you did 🙂

Can a copper pan be used? I do not have cast iron skillet.
Would it work in a Pyrex baking dish?

Really, only 1 Gram Carbs per biscuit. I hope this is true but I bet it’s an error.

I just made these for breakfast with some fruit. Very Yummy. I have been thinking about them since I bought the ingredients and have told friends about them. Was worried by the time I made them they would not live up to the hype. I was not disappointed.

I’m wondering how these are if baked the night before and warmed. I would like to take them to a potluck brunch but will be unable to bake them in the morning.

I see you are a person of great taste. Not only in your food, but in your cutlery as well. I know Cutco when I see it!! I have had mine for over 30 years! Thanks for the great recipe!

Looks like a great recipe. Thank you! However, I will not use Smithville because of the way they treated Paula and the fact that they have moved out of the USA!
