I might have a slight addiction of making s’mores recipes. Perhaps I need a fun round-up of all of them
This banana bread is dangerous I have to warn you. It’s got marshmallow bits throughout the batter with chocolate and graham cracker stuffed right in the middle. It’s sweet and irresistible.
It’s whipped up in one bowl too, so you won’t be making a mess of the whole kitchen. Woohoo! Enjoy friends!
Simple enough right?
My special kitchen banana bread helper. Love this toothless boy!
Add your butter and sugar right to the bowl.
Stir until creamy, a good 60 seconds with the spoon.
Add your egg then give a good stir.
Add those mashed bananas.
Add your dry ingredients.
Add some Marshmallow Bits.
You should actually add your sour cream after the bananas, but I remembered it at the end, lol! It all still bakes fine
Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Break out a couple sheets of grahams.
Layer them flat like so.
Perhaps my favorite part of the recipe
Yes!!
Layer the chocolate over the graham.
Like so
Pour the remaining batter over top and you are ready to bake!
Mmmm! Enjoy.

Directions

What is it about red velvet cookies that make my heart skip a beat? The deep fantastic red color? Who knows, but what I do know is that these simple, no fuss, make in about 15 minute cookies are to die for!
Try them for yourself, you’ll see what I’m talking about. As if they are not good enough, I’ve added giant chunks of Dark Milky Way bars to the dough with some cute little mini chocolate chips.
Perfect for your Valentine and even better for yourself, lol! Enjoy friends!

I am a s’mores freak too! LOl! I’ve made s’mores bread before and used crushed graham crackers for some of the flour and used chocolate chips in place of the chocolate bar. But I never thought to bake the chocolate bar or graham crackers in there whole.
WOW! This is a genius idea! I never thought to add something to the center of quick bread…the wheels are turning…
Looks freaking awesome! My favourite part is definitely the chocolate bar.

Wow, those pictures are amazing. This could be the best s’mores recipe I’ve seen yet. Pinned and tweeted!
YUMMY! This sounds delish! Love all your recipes, they are always a hit!
How do you think it would turn out if I chopped up the chocolate into small chunks, broke up the crackers into smaller pieces, and mixed it into the batter with the marshmallows? I want to make this, but not sure if I want a surprise in the middle or all mixed throughout!
Thanks again for all your wonderful recipes!
I’d say give it a try Jamie!! I don’t see why it wouldn’t turn out just fine.
