    oh my god, I was over kitchen aid because they couldn’t handle bread dough and I’m a big bread maker, but way for them to bring their A game. This is amazing. phew, I’m so psyched right now.

    I would make FRUIT CAKE!!!!!!! Christmas is less than 60 days away and I can experiment with different flavours and variations

    A hand mixer doesn’t do fruit cake any justice. I know this because I broke a hand mixer once trying to mix the fruit. A Big stand mixer such as this would definitely manage the load 😉 And I will send you small fruit cakes if I win 🙂
