Pan-seared sea scallops with wasabi and ginger. Yum.
All seafood! Okay…if I have to choose one dish it would be fish tacos made with sauteed marinated tilapia (or mahi) with a cilantro lime sour cream sauce, homemade salsa or pico de gallo, and a cabbage slaw on top. Yum!
