I would definitely go with Jelly Roll pan. I use it all the time & would be lost without it.

I use my baking sheet constantly, like so many. It’s my go-to kitchen item!!!
my favorite baking item in my kitchen is a dead tie in between my large cookie scoop (even though i use it all the time for filling my muffin tins) and my 9 inch round springform pan. I swear i use it for EVERYTHING from icebox cakes to cheesecake and even fruit tarts 😀

We are recently gluten free and we are using our bread machine now more than ever. These pans look awesome because we are starting over with our baking tools due to the cross contamination
I probably use a basic cookie tray the most. 10 years ago I was given a stoneware tray, just now trying it out!
My favorite dish is my large stoneware casserole. LOVE it.
