My most used baking dish is a long, flat ceramic bowl. Which I use in the microwave. :l yeah. I’m due for some baking machinery! My oven friendly bake-ware consists of a 9×9 pan. This would be an excellent starter kit.

My cookie sheet! Not just for cookies, but french fries, asparagus, calzones…
I think my baking sheet is my favorite and most used. I can do everything from cookies, bruschetta, and setting casserole dishes on it to cook!
But I am loving the muffin top pan!
