Candy Bar Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwiches

Candy Bar Cookies? Have I gone mad? Well, no but was craving some chocolate….sorry for those of you who are so good and still dieting 🙂

I used the same technique I’ve been using with those giant Oreo Stuffed Cookies and am just loving it. Ooey Gooey on the inside and perfectly buttery crisp on the outside, just how I like it!I would highly recommend that you use the exact cookie dough recipe I have written below. It holds it’s shape perfectly for these giant cookies. Grab some milk, endulge…..then go workout tomorrow. Enjoy!!

I used 3 of my favorite snack size candy bars as pictured above. Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, Snickers and Kit Kat. I believe you could use any of your favorites here 🙂

First up, Reeses Peanut Butter Cup….my absolute favorite 🙂  Place a nice big scoop on top and…

…..a nice big scoop on the bottom 🙂

Use both hands to press and seal edges. You’ll get this giant head sized cookie.

Do the same with your Snickers, one giant scoop on top, one on bottom…press and seal edges!

Same story for your Kit Kat Bar. I shaped it a bit oval which worked great.

Ready for the oven.

Bake at 350 degrees F, 14-16 minutes!

Can you just die?! Here’s the inside of the Snickers Cookie.

The inside of the Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Cookie, mmm!

…and the fabulous Kit Kat Bar Cookie. Love every single one of these bad boys!

Candy bar chocolate chip cookies cut in half so you can see the candy sandwiched in between the baked dough. There is a glass of milk in the back.

Just made these! I cut the recipe in half because I didn’t want to make a lot since it’s my first time trying out the recipe, and it was enough for 6 Kit Kat cookies and 6 Reese’s cookies (I don’t have any Snickers on hand, unfortunately). And they came out incredible! Thank you so much for sharing this 🙂 Will definitely make these for the rest of my life!

I made these with little snack-sized Reese’s cups to make some smaller ones (I ended up with a little over 30 regular-sized cookies), and oh my god. My dad, my husband, and my little man were all over them. I only got a couple! Excellent recipe, will definitely make again!

The dough looks like it’s still raw… I just saw the pictures and they gave me a stomach ache… Oh my god imagine of fat little kids eating these!!!

I literally just drooled onto my huge pregnant belly when I saw the Reeses cookie pic. Off to the kitchen to bake!

  5. Amy

I only got 12 cookies out of this dough. Did I make them too big?? Based on the size of the candy bars, I don’t think I could make them too much smaller. Any thoughts?

    Yummy – looks decadent.

Made the oreo ones. but I prefer your pan. gonna look for that

So.. found these stumbling and they made my mouth water – made em about 20 minutes later. I used reese’s pb cups, and an aero bar (didn’t have anything else). I made my cookies extra large – my batch made 12 (hehe)
SUPER AWESOME!! I needed a glass of milk for dipping, and one more for afterwards. Thanks for sharing this great idea 🙂

These are fantastic. We always have leftover candy in our cupboard so it was great to clean it all out. I used KitKats, Recess and Milky ways. I will definitely be making these again.
