Good Thursday everyone! Hope you are all enjoying your week. A couple cool things for you….
First, is this great weeknight dinner idea. Easy and family friendly is always a plus in my book. I took one of my favorite dishes, Chicken Cordon Bleu and turned it into an easy to put together casserole. Trust me, the whole family will love this cheesy rice dinner. Enjoy! Oh, and check out my newest article I wrote for the 3-A-Day folks featured on Shine.com and Gather.com, I’m having so much fun with them.
