The good folks at Chili’s have offered to give 1 Picky Palate Reader a $50 Gift Card to dine at one of their restaurants!! They also sent my family so we could share our dining experience of Chili’s new menu items with all of you. Here’s how our delicious night of eating went down……….
We started with a cup of their new Chicken Green Chili Soup. Let me just say, my husband and I LOVED this, so much I totally re-created it!! See my recipe HERE.
I know, so naughty, but then we tried their new Loaded Beef Nachos. Um….Incredible 🙂
The boys ordered off of the kids menu, but picked at our food too 🙂
For our main course, we shared the new Carribean Salad, Mini Chicken and Beef Tacos and the Steakhouse Sandwich. We really enjoyed all of these plates, especially the Steakhouse Sandwich. The horseradish dipping sauce was AWESOME!
It wouldn’t have been appropriate had we not ordered dessert, so we ordered their new Brownie Sunday, which was pretty much devoured 🙂 Thanks for a great dining experience Chili’s!!

I normally always order the same thing!!
I have my favorites at different restaurants…so I tend to order the same thing. Only once in a while am I daring and try something new. Funny, I’m trying new things at home all the time!
Personally, I like to try everything!
Mmm- looks delicious! I always eat the same thing. Always. I wish I were better about trying new things, but I go to the places I go because I know I will like what I get I guess. My husband used to be the same way, but he’s becoming much more adventurous these days!
We always order the queso and burgers but I am so glad that the Caribbean Salad is back. I just gave a friend a gift certificate to Chili’s as a baby shower gift so she could have her favorite before the baby came.

I tend to have a couple go to items while my husband is more adventurous, he will try anything. We love Chilis!

My husband and I are working on becoming debt free, so we don’t go out to eat as much as we like to. I get the same thing every time because who knows when I’ll get to go back.

A good blend of both. The new Shiner Bock ribs at Chili’s are AMAZING, though. 🙂 Would love to use a card for those (and then we can pay a babysitter!)

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Chili’s. We have had a tradition of going to Chili’s during the NCAA March Madness and watching games on their TV in the bar. I love their salads and most often chose the Quesadilla Explosion. YUM!!! I hope I win!!! 🙂

I usually order the same thing, boring I know. But I was in LOVE with their grilled chicken Caribbean salad and was PREGNANT when they discontinued it a while ago…now I see they have a new one? hmmm, might have get myself to chili’s soon!

Depends on my mood. I go through periods where I try to eat healthy, so I’ll order grilled chicken, no matter what. Thank goodness those moods don’t last forever.
