    Hands down, I would bake some cupcakes. For the first time the other night, I baked only 2 cupcakes (to settle the chocolate/cake craving I had) – they tasted wonderful, but it’s not as fun as baking a large batch.

    But then again…maybe some cookies too…

    If I had time right now, I’d bake a cheddar pear pie. It is sooo good! My whole family loves it and we only make it when pears are in season.
