I would cook a pot roast with pearl onions and carrots, then soufflé for dessert. After only having a microwave to use for a year due to budget shortages and continually seeing recipes published that I so dearly want to try, an oven would be amazing!!

Sugar cookies, for sure!! They’d cook much faster with more pans in the oven, making the whole sugar cookie process way less tedious!!
