I would bake cookies, so many cookies! And dinner for my family, our oven broke about a month ago and cooking anything has been unsuccessful. So making dinner (and cookies) for everyone would be a nice break from microwave food.
I would make brownie stuffed chocolate chip cookies. I am completely addicted to them. Hot out of the oven with a little vanilla ice cream. Yummy!

Oh my, such a gorgeous, dreamy oven! Since I live not far from Tennessee and have a new obsession with cornbread, I would christen my new oven with your Chicken Taco Cornbread Wedges with Ranchero Cilantro Drizzle – I am dyin’ to try that recipe.
I would make a souffle’….I have no doubt that it would come out fabulous in a new oven…can’t trust the one I have…temperature is off, doesn’t work correctly, etc. Wow, the possibilities would be endless!
Oh my! This is beautiful and I would LOVE to own it. I would totally cook bread, but also brownies (preferably a stuffed brownie from Picky Palate) for a sweet treat! I am SO crossing my fingers for the win. 🙂

I would makes braised lamb shanks and roasted artichokes and I would use the stove top to make a goat cheese polenta.

I would cook multiple things at once. The very first thing would be a chicken pasta dish (my grandmother’s recipe) in the bottom oven, bread in the top oven and Pasta noodles on the range.
