What an awesome give away! I would make homemade mac n cheese or have my husband make his awesome homemade lasagna.
I would cook a huge FEAST for my dad and stepmom because they do SO much for us, and I love trying to repay them in small ways. I would include all of their favorites: spareribs, cooked at a low temp in the oven before transferred to grill; stuffed baked potatoes; fresh salad; and cherry pie for dessert! The best part? These dishes will require different temperature, but IT CAN BE DONE and still served hot & fresh b/c I have TWO ovens!! Love it!
