If anyone asks me my favorite editing software for all of my photos, without hesitation I say Lightroom. No question. I’ve never been a photoshop gal because of the learning curve. Lightroom is so easy to use, I was so excited to learn that I figured it out in just minutes. (I am not tech savvy at all)
It sure makes my job easy as a food blogger being able to touch up my photos ever so slightly to get just what I am looking for.

There are so many before and after pictures I can show you, but this is one I did just last week when I was photographing my Double Chocolate Butterfinger Cake. We had some friends over and their dog was outside my window watching my cake, lol! I snapped a photo and as you can see on the left, it was dark and gray. With just a few touch ups from Lightroom you get the picture on the right. Love!!

I definitely take the most photos of my dog!
My kids are pretty much all I take pictures of. This program would be so awesome to win!
I mostly take pictures of my kids and family. I’m new to photography , so having this software would be AWESOME!!!
my food photography needs to win this so badly!!
Being an almost empty nestor, I take tons of photos of my dog !! I also take macro photos of my container garden on my balcony as well as many sunrise and sunset photos. I’m keeping my fingers crossed……
I probably take pictures of my boyfriend and I the most, followed by food and family! I’ve started trying to get into doing some sports photography too! What an awesome giveaway this is! (Sorry for all the exclamation points!)
I love to take pictures of the flowers blooming in my garden, sunrises/sunsets, and of family and friends. I would love to try Lightroom 4!!!
I take pictures of my family and our adventures most! We are travelers, close to home and abroad. I just took maternity photos for a friend, and now EVERYONE wants me to take photos for them too! So, this would really help out with some money on the side!
My pets and food.
I take pictures of my nieces and nephews! 🙂 LOVE THEM!!
Hey there! I mainly photograph my children. Usually just day to day stuff with them being kids, sports, school or impromptu photo shoots! I also photograph any of my projects, be it scrapbooking, sewing or organization. My pooch is a frequent subject as well. I like to travel and have plenty of pics from those trips. About 78,000 on my HDD right now!
Kids, kids , kids and family. I love taking pictures but never got involved in editing, so this would be a good start!
I take a ton of pictures of my cute kiddos. We have 8, ages 12-3yrs.
We also live in gorgeous Moscow, ID. & I take a lot of pics of the scenery here. It’s breathtaking!
My pic’s are mostly food for my blog! But my cats and parties get in the way 😀
I have the most photos of my furry babies. But, I’m starting my own blog, so I’m trying to get better at taking photos of recipes I make. Many thanks for the chance to win! I need an easy photo editing program!!
I mostly take pictures of my 2 grand-baby girls. It’s all about them now…
My kids.:)
I love taking pictures of my kiddos. 3 of them under 3. The big camera often gets left behind with the ease of Instagram, but I’d love better quality photos and editing abilities.
I mostly take pictures of my son. Lots of times with my nephew because the two are best friends despite 11 years between them.
my kids!
I take photos mostly of my little girl and my family!
I take lots of pictures of my son, niece, and nephew. I also take pictures of my dessert creations. 🙂
My pictures include the 3 “f”s, family, friends & flowers.
I’d like to say its my daughter, but being the typical 15 year old that she is, she’d rather I take pictures of our cats (they are pretty darn cute, though!)
I love to take pictures of my three year old little boy and my furry babies…my four doggies!
Definetly my kids! They are always in my photos!
I absolutely photograph my children the most! I always have awesome pictures of everything THEY do as well as what we do as a family 🙂 I love taking the pictures myself because who has the money to always tote them off to a professional photographer? Mom have to be doctors, nurses, maids AND photographers! lol I am going to look into this software and hope it’s JUST as easy to use as you say *fingers crossed* because I too was scared off by photoshop a while ago.
I take pictures of whatever is in season 🙂 Right now it’s ducks & birds. And of course the kids LOL!
I usually take pictures of everything around me but I bet I will be taking tons more of my classroom and first year as a teacher!
I take pictures of food for my blog and everything else is of my kids. 🙂
Vacations! Family/friends – I love capturing memories!
My favorite subject to photograph is my own kiddos. Thanks for the great giveaway!!
I take pictures of my kids and most recently my kitchen because it got renovated and it’s just so pretty. Plus my kids are not as amenable to picture taking as they used to be. Sour, sullen teenagers don’t really like a camera in their face!
