All of your recipes are AMAZING so this book would be a dream come true for so many of us. I think 1, 2 & 3 would be wonderful. I get so excited each time I see one of your new dessert recipes though so if you don’t do a collection of all three, I think a dessert book would be second best. 🙂

Desserts, simple dinners, sides and appetizer recipe. Definitely, a little bit of everything is generally a good choice! 🙂

  3. Amanda

I always like cookbooks that have a bit of everything. So I would say quick dinners, desserts and sides would be great, with tons of pics! I love cookbooks with tons of pictures.

I agree with what others have said- #3 with a lot of desserts 🙂

I love your recipes, this is exciting!

good luck, hope everything goes well 🙂

This is VERY exciting news!! I am constantly forwarding on your emails for recipes. Those cinnamon roll cookies alone deserve their own cookbook!! I think option 3 is the best… that way there’s a little bit of everything in there – and I would be less likely to fall into a sugar coma after completing the book! Congrats!!

    1. Jenny Flake

Lol! Those sugar cookies are a must for my book, one of my very favorite recipes. Thanks for the feedback!

I vote for the combination of desserts, simple dinners, sides and appetizers! Desserts are always fun, but we have to put other foods on the table on a daily basis, and desserts are more of a treat. Can’t wait to have all of the recipes in a book!

#3 would be my vote! however, if you wanted to release 3 cookbooks, i certainly wouldn’t object… just sayin’.

I think option 3 would be great! I cook 3 meals a day 7 days a week (my son has celiac disease so we never eat out) so I am always looking for new food ideas period!

  9. Michelle @ Do You Smell That

How exciting for you!! I’d choose option 2: Quick and easy dinner recipes only – not that I don’t think your sweets are divine, it’s just that there is never a shortage of sweets on my “Food I Want To Make” list. Dinners, however, always seem to be the stumper!

  10. Miranda Eskelson

Number 3 please. A little bit of everything would be the best. I’m excited for this to come out!

  11. Katie

I’m going to say option 3. You have too many good recipes to limit the selection to just one category!

  12. Days

I’m with Michelle(comment #8). I’d love to see all three types of recipes, organized into meals, but I could also really love a new dessert cookbook. Mmm.

  13. Dj

I like the idea of Desserts, simple dinners, sides and appetizer recipes. We are always on the go and the idea of simple is important to me.

  14. Carla

Congrats on the cookbook!! I would love to see all three, hahaha. I love your recipes, your desserts are always really inventive. However, my waistline would like to see some dinners. Pretty much every recipes you’ve posted has been a winner.

So, I guess option three, as that is the most well rounded category? Thanks for hosting this giveaway.

  15. Jenny S

I think you should do a little bit of everything! Those are my favorite types of cookbooks. Also, include a picture of each dish…I always think that is very helpful in a cookbook.

  16. Heather Bandura

I vote for the easy family meals only becauuse that is something I need to make every single day. Although I love desserts, I save those for special occasions, holidays, parties, etc. Congrats, Jenny!

  17. Julia

Congrats on your upcoming cookbook! Please include 3. As they say, Variety is the spice of life.

  18. Nancy Norton

Finally!!! I knew a cookbook had to come out sometime!! Give us the whole enchilada–okay—I vote for number 3. Please include your personal stories and comments in it. You are the BEST—

  19. Kathy

I would say # 3……. sounds very interesting !!!! Good luck. Love your recipes and have shared with others.

  20. Maria

I would like to see the quick and easy dinner recipes but preferably some that are for the stove-top since I don’t have an oven.

  21. Alicia

I would have to say option #3 Desserts, simple dinner, sides, and appetizers!!! Congratulations on the book, I love reading all your recipes every week!!!!!

  22. Becca

I would love to see a little of everything rather than one specific topic. How about meals for under $10? So many of us have had shrinking wallet syndrome lately, I think it could be very useful for anyone!

  23. Emily Graham

I think you specialize in desserts so a dessert only cookbook seems to be the best fit for you. However, having said that, I really like the idea of doing a complete meal cookbook where you have a main dish, side dish, and dessert that complement each other. I usually hunt for each separately so it would save me time to have it all together and organized for me already.
