Probably the favorite after-school snack around here is “apple smiles”: two apple slices with peanut butter spread on the sides and marshmallows stuck between them, like teeth.

They like things like pizza rolls or popcorn chicken. And also Chocolate Chip cookies of course.
We are usually in a hurry so we grab cheese or beef sticks. They are quick and pack in some protein to make it to supper.

Oh, it’s got to be brownies–hands down! I make cupcakes and cookies sometimes–chocolate chip being the favorite all around–but when I make brownies from scratch with the Nestle Baking Powder, holy cow, the girls are screaming that they can smell them down the street when they get home from school!!! And, as you know, having your kidlets all excited about what you’ve baked is just about the best thing ever!
