Chocolate chip mini-muffins! Those have been a favorite!
we love to make chocolate chips cookies together. he sits on the counter and puts all the ingredients into the mixer and waits and waits until i pull the paddle out so he can lick it and of course munch on some warm cookies when they come out of the oven
My kids love ants on a raft–AKA cinnamon graham crackers, smeared with chunky peanut butter and topped with lots of raisins. They also love chocolate peanut butter s’mores! They consider both of these, special after school treats because they usually get fruit and/or veggies.

My son loves chocolate chip cookies and a big ole glass of milk.
I get home from work the same time the kids get off the bus – so our favorite before-school-treat is mini chocolate chip pumpkin muffins. It has become a tradition for the first day of school and many more mornings, especially in the fall.
Well…seeing as how I don’t have any kids yet, I guess I could tell you what my favorite treat was when I would come home from school. I loved when my mom made rice krispie treats.
My daughter and I like to make Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies and we like to try different recipes for Banana Bread.
My favorite after school snack is absolutely toll house cookies! My kids and I love to make them together, and we love the cookies (if I can keep them from eating all the cookie dough!)
