Hmmm but then I have been meaning to bake some more bread… There are too many goodies I want to make and definatly not enough time to make them all. I really believe I would be happy just baking ALL day. Now, just need to find someone to clean up after me!

What a beautiful mixer!!! I’m currently in the process of planning a surprise 30th anniversary party for my in laws, so I would make their favorite fall treat for the party, pumpkin crumb bars! Amongst the many other tasty treats I’m planning on serving up!

I have just found out we all need to eat gluten free and I have arthritis and cant use a regular mixer so this would be amazing since I need to make a lot from scratch! With two little kids our first would be cookies for sure 🙂
