I’d try to make my neighbor’s cinnamon rolls…her recipe makes enough to feed the multitudes and usually we’re all over at her house with our mixers making a day of it. With this mixer I could have everyone to MY house to bake AND they would only need to bring themselves (and a cup of coffee!)

I would make a huge batch of choc chip cookie dough and sugar cookie dough! The holidays are right around the corner and with 3 little guys in the house, we have to have a lot of cookies to decorate!! 😉
I would have to ask my mom because I would give it to her! She has a mixer from back in the 60’s (or close to it,)and she bakes almost every day! I don’t know how she’s lasted this long without a KitchenAid Mixer!
