The first item I would make if I won the Kitchen Aid mixer is Apple Cake. Fall is the perfect time to take advantage of McIntosh Apples.
I would make pumpkin mousse to put into pumpkin parfait push-ups! Yum.
I still use a hand mixer! Would love to win this!
Though question… probably a cheesecake! That’s one of my favorite things to make and seems like the perfect way to christen a new mixer!
The New York Times chocolate chip cookies, you have to cream the butter and sugars for 5 minutes!!!
Ah, what a beautiful mixer…. There are so many things I’d want to make with the power of KitchenAid, but I think the first thing would be some kind of bread or dough… like Cinnamon Rolls!

Pumpkin bread!
It would be hard to choose… I’d bake for days! But first up would be my cinnamon rolls!! The recipe is too big for any other mixer!!!

The first thing I will make is royal icing. I have tried to make royal icing 3 times and all three times I have failed because I was using a hand mixer and the hand mixer died. I am now left with no mixer at all and am having baking withdraws! :/

This giveaway could not have come at a better time since my husband recently tried to fix a wobble in our mixer and ended up ruining a circuit board in the process. Now I have no mixer and I have so many yummy fall recipes from pintrest that have been calling my name! First world problems, I know. I would probably make pumpkin cream cheese muffins, first.
