A batch of bread! It’s so much easier to knead in a stand mixer than by hand!

There are a couple cookie recipes I have been wanting to try that need a serious mixer as opposed to a hand held one. I hope I win and get to try them soon 🙂

I’ve been trying for one of these mixers for over a year now, but I’m going to keep plugging along…

I have a whole cache of recipes saved up in my reader that I want to try, including some mini pumpkin cheesecake bites and some red velvet brownies. Though mostly anything with pumpkin right now, because I’m looking forward to baking with some pumpkin beer.

The first thing I will make with the KitchenAid 7 Quart Stand Mixer is a copy of the Levain Chocolate Chips Cookies with walnuts to bring to a friend who is sad!

The first thing I would make if I won this KitchenAid would be my grandma’s kolackie cookies! YUM. So good but without a mixer, it takes a lot of “elbow grease” (aka muscle) to make. 😉 What an awesome giveaway!!!

I would make cookies for Christmas gifts. Ohhh maybe some different kinds of breads too. What wouldn’t I love to be able to make? 🙂
    Thanks for the give-away.
