Pizza dough. No questions asked. It’s my favorite thing to make from scratch but without a mixer my hands get so tired making the dough. And then after that I’ll just be a bread making machine! Thank you!

marshmallows. i hear there’s at least 10 minutes of mixing and that it should only be attempted with a stand mixer.

I would make a GIANT batch of dumpling dough! We are all dumpling junkies at home and this would be perfect!

Cinnamon rolls!! I have a recipe, but have never made them because my dinky little hand mixer won’t stand up to the challenge. =)

Being Apple season; I would love to make an apple cake recipe I have but the batter is too thick for my hand mixer. This would be perfect.

WOW! What wouldn’t I make? To christen it, I would make dozens & dozens of cookies & cream cupcakes and share them with virtually everyone I know (within a reasonable proximity, haha). Looking at this red Kitchen Aid, I now understand how a man feels drooling over a high performance sports car! : )

I have been using my stand up kitchenaid since 1989 for everything from bread to cookies.

This looks like a beautiful edition to the line-up.

It will have to be home made bread! Warm, fresh and delicious.
I have impressed my husband with everything else but home made bread because I don’t have decent mixer.

That is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen! 🙂 The first thing I would make would be cinnamon rolls, I need a high powered mixer to handle the big batch of dough my favorite recipe makes!

  11. Millie Riter

Ooo the first thing I’d make would be thanksgiving treats for sure. Cookies and cakes of all kinds.

I will definitely make my Grandma’s famous devil’s food chocolate cake. It’s the best way to start off the holiday season, and she’ll be proud of my efforts to replicate her special recipe!

Oh how I would LOVE a new KitchenAid mixer!!! The first thing I would make with my new mixer is an old timey 14 layer butter cake with cooked fudge icing:-)
