I’d make a batch of my husband’s favorite maple cookies!
Pizza dough. No questions asked. It’s my favorite thing to make from scratch but without a mixer my hands get so tired making the dough. And then after that I’ll just be a bread making machine! Thank you!
marshmallows. i hear there’s at least 10 minutes of mixing and that it should only be attempted with a stand mixer.
I would make a GIANT batch of dumpling dough! We are all dumpling junkies at home and this would be perfect!

WOW! What wouldn’t I make? To christen it, I would make dozens & dozens of cookies & cream cupcakes and share them with virtually everyone I know (within a reasonable proximity, haha). Looking at this red Kitchen Aid, I now understand how a man feels drooling over a high performance sports car! : )

It will have to be home made bread! Warm, fresh and delicious.
I have impressed my husband with everything else but home made bread because I don’t have decent mixer.
That is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen! 🙂 The first thing I would make would be cinnamon rolls, I need a high powered mixer to handle the big batch of dough my favorite recipe makes!
