I have been telling my husband for months now that the second I get a kitchenAid, I will make cookies. Lots and lots and lots of cookies. Whatever kind he wants. He will get.

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG I probably won’t make anything for a while… just cradle it and stare into its eyes for a few weeks in disbelief that it’s really mine.

The first thing I will make with my new KitchenAid mixer will be homemade, healthier-for-you Turtle Jumbles bar cookies. Mmmmm….I can taste those hunks of caramel on top of a chocolaty shortbread-style crust. Delish!

The very first thing I’d do is make whipped cream. I’ve always wanted to make it home-made and I’ve feared my hand mixer would just not cut it

The first thing I would make will be an italian creme cake, it is our family’s favorite and it will be well worth it. Yummmm!!!

The first thing I’d make is my favorite cookie recipe (and I’ve tried almost all of them!): the LA Cookie. There’s just nothing quite like that salted caramel combined with the dark chocolate chunks…YUM!!

I’ve just found a fab recipe for Apple and Walnut Cake – and I would use my new KitchenAid to try it out 🙂

I’ve been dying to make a butter cake!! Maybe even a pumpkin butter cake! My mixer died, and I’ve been sooooo sad. I normally bake almost every day, but have lacked the motivation to mix by hand! This would be PERFECT to win!
