Cookies! Lots and lots of cookies!
First thing I would make with my new kitchen aid would be a big batch of bread because it would be big enough and strong enough to withstand a large doughball.
Home made bread or sweet rolls. The KitchenAid is fantastic at mixing and kneading dough. I’ve used one at the restaurant that I use to work at, and it does wonders working with the dough. I’ve come across a recipe for cinnamon rolls with pumpkin glaze with nuts, and I would really like to use the KitchenAid to make them.
I will make bread! A nice loaf of homemade bread 🙂
Oh, I’m a little overwhelmed thinking about playing with a brand new *silver* mixer! I think I’d throw together some cinnamon rolls. Extra sweet & extra gooey!
