I would make a big batch of the soft sugar cookies that my great grandmother made. She would make the dough and barter with in. She lived on a farm in Nebraska and would trade logs of dough wrapped in wax paper for eggs, veggies etc. We make them every holiday and they are so good! The dough is stiff and a big mixer is required. My old Kitchenaid is on it’s last leg. So,,,, that is what I would make. Yum, yum!:))

As I bake every week for the safety meeting at work I would have to say I would make cupcakes.

I would get a jump on Christmas and make “fruit cake” but not the traditional heavy version. Mine is more like sweet bread with pineapple, marachino cherries, golden raisins and a bunch of other stuff I can’t remember cuz I haven’t made it since last year!

It is less than two months until Christmas (your welcome!) and if I would win, I would start my holiday baking. It’s actually never too early to start with the longevity of freezer dough. Let’s be honest, most of the holiday eating of the holiday baking begins in November, at Thanksgiving…or sooner…like eating cookie dough as we make it lol. But that is the first thing I would use my new Kitchen Aid for!!! arlene Marie Pitts

ps thanks for sponsoring this giveaway, i love it!

Ooo! I wold love a new, red Kitchen Aid! The first thing I would make would be a big ‘ol batch of chocolate chip cookies. My CC cookies are well know to my family and friends and the recipe calls for a lot of flour and butter and needs a big ‘ol mixer to handle it. I hope I win! Mel
