I would make a 8 loaf batch of bread…..I love to kneed bread but my wrists can’t do it any more……oh, in BLACK please!!!!
The first thing I would make would definitely be Chocolate Chunk Peanut Butter Swirl Fudgy Cookies courtesy of the Picky Palate because 1. I <3 chocolate, 2. They look AMAZING, and 3. my co-workers have been begging me to make them everyday since I first showed them the post on Facebook 🙂

I would make anything that requires using a dough hook! Ha ha! I get so sad when I see recipes that require a dough hook because I don’t have a wonderful machine with that attachment. Thanks so much for this giveaway!

First thing I’d make? The delicious looking pumpkin cinnamon roll cake thingamajig you posted the other day…even though it would utterly destroy my diet and calorie counting, because it would be worth it.
Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. I’ve been wanting to make it for a week or two now, and a new KitchenAid mixer would give me a good excuse.

Seeing that it is my sons 14th birthday on the day that the contest ends, I would have to make a birthday cake from scratch with frosting from scratch as well. We will be out of town on his birthday and I will not be home to make a cake so we will be getting one from the store so I know he will be a little down that he didn’t get his scratch cake so I would love to make it up to him using a new gravatar.
