Oh I think my keyboard needs to be replaced now as I just drooled on it at seeing this giveaway. LOL I saw that new one on thier site two weeks ago and was wishing I could order it right then and there. My 6 quart Kitchen Aid stand mixer has been ‘almost’ broken for over a year so I rarely use it as I’m afraid it will break the rest of the way. I just can’t afford to fix or replace it. I would LOVE to win this one.
The very first thing I would make I think would be Cowboy Cookies with all the goodies in them. That machine would probably make quick work of that recipe.
Actually what I might do first though is to make whipped cream. I’d LOVE to see just how fast I can make that with this machine. LOL
Ohh, I would probably make either a chocolate layered cake or chocolate chip cookies. 🙂

I would make some good old fashioned Toll House cookies in my new mixer. And a new mixer would come in handy with the holidays just around the corner. My poor old Kitchenaid is 25 years old … and on it’s last leg.

I will be making the most delicious vegan chocolate cake ever! It is my yoga teacher’s recipe and she has such an amazing story behind it! She had an eating disorder and ever since she went vegan, she has been free from it and taught me how to make this cake. Literally, better than anything you could imagine.
