I had my first whoopie pie EVER today! So I would have to say that I would make all different flavors of whoopie pies (pumpkin and carrot are on my mind right now).

South American’s! It’s a dish that was created in my hometown in Northern Minnesota. It uses the food grinder attachment to grind ALOT of vegetables – bell peppers, sweet banana peppers, hot banana peppers, celery, tomatoes and add all of that in with the meat mixture. It’s kind of like a spicy sloppy joe.

Oh my goodness. This is my dream kitchen appliance. I seriously love these. The very first thing that I would make in my new kitchenaid 7qt stand would be a cake for my daughters 1st birthday. I LOVE to bake.

Seeing how Halloween is nearly here and I have been “Boo-ed” (yummy treats and a cute poem on my doorstep), it is my turn to spread the Halloween cheer. The first thing I would make with my new kitchen aid is some yummy chocolate chip and butterscotch chip cookies to send to several of my neighbors!

I would love to make homemade bread – or try too. Yeast, what a hard ingredient to use, but maybe a new stand mixer is what I need to bake a yummy loaf of bread. 🙂

If I won the new kitchen aid mixer I would make a big batch of chocolate chip cookies for my hubby! These are his favorite cookies! We have his grandma’s famous recipe and I can never get them to come out quite right with my hand mixer. He would love to taste her cookies since she is no longer with us. We have our first baby on the way and I would love to be able to make them for our children so they could understand how great their grandma was!!! I know the cookies would come out right with a stand mixer because they would be mixed so well and it would make them a breeze to make! I have always wanted a stand mixer but just could not justify the price.

I’ve been wanting to make a simple white cake. Homemade. But still with the oddly good taste of a boxed cake. MMM. I REALLY need this mixer.

Thank you for the opportunity to win a great prize! If I won this mixer the first thing I would make is a chocolate cake.
