Pumpkin bread since it is fall!!
A birthday cake! Almost all of my friends were born in the last few months of the year and my sisters and I fall in that time period (Nov babies all of us) too.
I have been working on improving my bread making skills..well, really on working with yeast, so the first thing i would make is bread of some sort.

Dude, the first thing I would make is A CAKE. Any cake, and then I will make some buttercream frosting. MMMM. Actually, I’d try to make as much batter as I can just to compare it to my teeny tiny little KitchenAid current mixer. 😀
I suppose even a Kitchenaid Mixer would have limitations but I’m pretty sure if I got this, I could make a new life for myself. A life filled with awesome cookies. Awesome. Cookies.
