I just made up a recipe on Sunday: Triple layer chocolate pumpkin swirl cake with pumpkin cream cheese frosting. I start with a german chocolate cake (mix according to package directions) pour in to a greased 11X17 pan, then add a Turtle Fudge prepared brownie mix-(set the caramel aside), then 3/4 of a large can of Pumpkin pie, drizzle the caramel from the brownies on top of that and “marble” it using a butter knife. Bake 350 degrees 35 minutes or until set. Remove and let cool. Then cream your cream cheese, add 1 cup powdered sugar and the rest of your pumpkin pie filling. Blend well, then fold in whip cream. Frost that bad boy and enjoy!
I love, love, love pumpkin pie with whipped cream!!! 😀
