My favorite has to be a pumpkin roll. It is like a thin pumpkin cake spread with cream cheese frosting and then rolled up into a long cylinder so that when you cut it, it is a pretty swirl design. And it is so good!

Yum. My absolute favorite is pumpkin bars from my girlhood church cookbook. It’s just a mouthfull of fall. We even wrapped slices in tulle as “groom’s cake” at my wedding!
I love pumpkin anything but my absolute favorite is pumpkin rolls with cream cheese filling. YUMMY!!

What a great pan! I love pumpkin, but my absolute favorite pumpkin dessert is less the usual sort. I love Pumpkin Ginger Scones. They have the wonderful taste of a pumpkin baked good with all the loveliness of a scone. And the part that makes them truly special is the bits of candied ginger studded throughout each scone. Yum!
I love anything made with pumpkin, but I can’t resist the traditional pumpkin pie with whipped cream on top.

I love this pumkin cake my mom makes. It has a butter cake crust with pumpkin in the middle and a brown sugar strudel on top. YUM!

One pumpkin dessert I love is something I had at a church event. It was like a crumb bar- with nuts in it. SO good. You eat it with cool whip (which I usually don’t love), and it was perfect together!

Oh how I love pumpkin!!! I would so love to win this!! I love all pumpkin desserts, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin bread. My very favorite is probably Ina Gartners, Pumpkin Banana Mousse Tart. I made it for Thanksgiving the last couple of years instead of the traditional pumpkin pie and it is delicious!!
