Pulled pork for sure!!! Also like Herb grilled Pork tenderloin.

I like to put a Boston Butt in the crock pot before I leave for work. When I get home, the house smells great, my dog is going crazy, and the pork just falls apart. I add BBQ sauce, and dinner is ready!
Poor Man’s Steak
Pork Chops marinated in Italian dressing and then grilled.

Pulled pork sandwiches… So. Good.
My favorite pork recipe is Tex Mex Pork Chops. It’s seasoned with cumin, garlic, onion and other typical flavors for tacos/fajitas/etc. And cooked with salsa and cheese. It’s so good!

My favorite Pork recipe is my Herbed Pork Roast. I make a paste of herbs and olive oil – oregano, red pepper flakes, ect – adjust according to taste. I coat the pork roast with the herbs/oil and chill overnight in an oven bag. I bake it the next day according to time per pound of roast. I serve it with salad, Italian bread, garlic green beans and herbed roasted potatoes.
I love to make parmesan crusted pork chops!
I make a Grilled Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Chop that is to DIE for 🙂 (if I do say so myself…ha)!!!

My favorite is pulled pork BBQ. I love it on good quality Kaiser rolls. It’s so easy to prepare (just throw it in the crockpot and let it cook all day) and tastes so delicious. I just may have to include it in my menu plan this week! 😉

Anything with bacon, back bacon on a bun.
Carnitas for sure! Mmmmm!!
I simply adore a plain old roast pork meal with lotsa scrummy crispy crackling. I dont know if it counts but a nice homemade quiche lorraine floats my boat big time also 🙂
One of my go to recipes is your Ranch House Pork and Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes! In fact, I was at the grocery store yesterday and pork chops were on sale and that recipe was the first one I thought of! Our Best Bites Cashew Sweet and Sour Pork is another favorite!
My favorite recipe is something my Grandma used to make. A Mexican dish called Chili Meat. You can use cut up chunks of beef or pork, jalapeno (habanero if you like heat!!), avocado, tomatoes, crushed red pepper – blend, mix with browned meat – YUMM!! Carnitas are a very close second.
