We love, love, love BBQ pulled pork sandwiches. We throw everything in the crockpot in the morning and it’s yum yum time right when we get home!

My favorite way to eat pork is bacon. Mmmm. But my favorite recipe for pork is a cheap pork roast cooked in my slow cooker with onions and potatoes and just a little salt and pepper. Maybe some garlic cloves if I’m feeling wild and crazy.

And I just re-read my comment about subscribing to the RSS feed. I am so not coherent in the mornings. 😀
