My favorite pork recipe is “PULLED PORK” – over rice – or mashed potatoes – or with crusty bread – YUM!

Crock Pot favorite: Chili Pork. Make a rub of garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt and freshly ground pepper. Rub all surfaces of a pork loin or pork roast and refrigerate overnight or for several hours. Place pork in a crock pot and top with chopped green chilies and water just to cover. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove from crock pot and shred pork. Serve with flour tortillas, spicy coleslaw and guacamole.
Reserve liquid and any bits of leftover pork to make posole the next day.

I love breaded pork tenderloins. My Granda always made them for me (hers are the best!) and finally taught me how to make them. Yum!

I love making pulled pork sandwiches. Just throw a pork roast and a bottle bbq sauce in a crock pot and let it go. They are so easy and so yummy!!!

I found a new recipe for crock pot carnitas that’s just wonderful. I even made them for my Girl Scout troop on our recent trip to Santa Fe. Delish.

My favorite pork dish is cuban pork roast… although roasted pig on the spit is definitely yummy… So i guess its a tie… Both are super juicy and super flavorful

Last night I tried a new pork recipe and it just may be my all time favorite! I grilled marinated pork loin along side a few fresh peaches and made a peach salsa-like topping with peaches, a grilled hollowed jalapeno, grilled onions, and a few spices. Delicious!

i just looove pork tenderloin, simply cooked in a pan atop the stove with plenty of salt and pepper (inspired by the joy of cooking, naturally)

I can’t get enough pork tenderloin. It doesn’t matter what seasoning you pair it with; it turns out great every time.
