Crock Pot favorite: Chili Pork. Make a rub of garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt and freshly ground pepper. Rub all surfaces of a pork loin or pork roast and refrigerate overnight or for several hours. Place pork in a crock pot and top with chopped green chilies and water just to cover. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove from crock pot and shred pork. Serve with flour tortillas, spicy coleslaw and guacamole.
Reserve liquid and any bits of leftover pork to make posole the next day.

I love making pulled pork sandwiches. Just throw a pork roast and a bottle bbq sauce in a crock pot and let it go. They are so easy and so yummy!!!
I love all pork but I’ll go with Sausage Lasagna roll ups.
I found a new recipe for crock pot carnitas that’s just wonderful. I even made them for my Girl Scout troop on our recent trip to Santa Fe. Delish.
My favorite pork dish is cuban pork roast… although roasted pig on the spit is definitely yummy… So i guess its a tie… Both are super juicy and super flavorful
