My favorite pork recipe is Sweet Pork Tacos! I use the very simple version; 2 parts Pace Picante to 1 part brown sugar. Mix together and pour over cooked, shredded pork. Simmer! I love it on a homemade flour tortilla with black beans and cilantro lime rice! Nothing better!

My mother in law just taught me how to make my hubby’s favorite and it was delicious!!! Green chile Pork. Cube up some pork chops, throw in 2 cans of green chile, dice up 2 jalapenos and a large onion, and throw in a large can of pinto beans in the crock pot and let it cook on low for 6-8 hours, serve it up with fresh homemade tortillas!!!! Oh boy I think I will make it this week!!
