    I love a teriyaki pork tenderloin…Trader Joe’s makes this Island soy sauce stuff that is a GREAT marinade for the pork!!! Everyone in the family LOVES it!

    I slow-cook it in the crock pot with orange juice and other spices, then shred it and make Cuban quesadillas.

    I love to do a marinated boneless pork chop on the grill. I toss in some fresh rosemary & basil, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper – delish!

    What a great deal this is. thanks for the chance to win. My favorite pork recipe is for a fruit stuffed pork roast. Is one of my families favorites. We also love Mexican pork chops. ~Ann

    My fav pork recipe is pork roast. I slow cook it all day in the crock pot with apricot jelly and jelled cranberry sauce mixed together. The juice of the meat mixes with the jelly and sauce and make a wonderful gravy of sorts to pour over the meat when it is served.

    We have a smoker and we love using a pork loin and make our own candian style bacon. So good and good for you!!
