There is nothing like a good piece of vanilla cake with buttercream frosting.
I love yellow cake with lemon filling and buttercream frosting. Or red velvet with cream cheese frosting. Or funfetti with rainbow chip frosting. Or chocolate with chocolate. I think I have cake issues 😉
My mom’s homemade German Chocolate cake…it’s usually only made at Christmas.

I LOVE good old Chocolate cake! My Grandmother was famous for her Cherry Chocolate cake. Easy and DELICIOUS. A rich, fudgy frosting! YUM!

Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese icing! My high school boyfriend’s Mom made me one for my birthday one year and I was instantly addicted! Its so moist and delicious and is even good with coffee for breakfast! Regardless of season, its easily my favorite!
