I love, love, love italian cream cake filled with italian meringue buttercream with extra nuts and coconut, then all iced in italian meringue buttercream…it takes a little extra time to make from scratch, but soooo worth it!
Red velvet cake
Chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream is yummy. So is 1-2-3-4 Cake (yellow) with buttercream. And, I love a chocolate cake with a fluffy ganache filling…I just like cake. 🙂 I’ll have to look for the cookbook. Sounds good!
I love a good regular vanilla cake with a buttercream frosting. Red Velvet is great too – but I’m picky and it’s rare I find a good one.

I am unbiased when it comes to cake but red velvet and german chocolate..well,…they take the cake. 😉
My favorite cake is white cake with a raspberry filling between the layers with white butter cream icing. My mom makes it every year for my birthday.
I enjoy the blog and looking forward to your cookbook.
My favorite cake is Tres Leches. I even had it for my wedding cake! I also like raspberry as a filling on a white cake with lemon in the mix somewhere…:)
My favorite cake is coke cola cake or anything chocolate.

Red velvet cake!
Although I love baking, nothing beats a simple yet delicious ice cream cake. The kind that forces you to lick the melted ice cream off the plate when you’re finished with the piece 🙂
