I am kind of still in denial that Fall is basically right around the corner! Are we ready for pumpkin everything? I don’t know if I am, but these bars are crazy simple and great to bring to your upcoming parties. 5 Ingredients is all you need. Sweet!
Pumpkin S’mores Cake Bars Ingredients
Here are your simple line up of ingredients. Love a quick dessert. I am not a cake mix snob, love having simple desserts on hand.
Place your cake mix and pumpkin puree into a large mixing bowl.
Stir to combine.
Transfer half of the batter into your baking dish.
Top with 4 whole graham crackers.
Chocolate time!!

Place 4 chocolate bars over graham crackers.
Top with mini marshmallows.
Scoop remaining batter over marshmallows as even as possible. Doesn’t have to be perfect. Time to bake! 350 degrees F. 30-35 minutes until baked.
Let cool…patience patience 🙂 Always the hardest part isn’t it?

Pumpkin S’mores Cake Bars Tips
*Do not forget to line your baking dish with parchment paper. These are very sticky bars and need the paper lining.
*Use a plastic knife to cut bars into squares. Such a great trick, plastic knife won’t stick to bars.
*Serve bars warm, room temperature and even chilled.
*Serve with a dollop of whipped cream if desired too.
*Store any leftovers in an airtight container in refrigerator.
Pumpkin S'mores Bars
Ingredients
- 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 whole graham crackers
- 4 chocolate bars
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
- Place pumpkin and cake mix into a large mixing bowl, stir until well combined. Transfer half of the mixture into prepared baking dish spreading evenly. Top evenly with 4 graham crackers, then chocolate bars on top of graham crackers. Top evenly with marshmallows then scoop remaining dough over marshmallows with a medium cookie scoop. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until baked through. Remove and let cool completely. Cut into square and serve room temperature.
I’ve never seen this recipe before it looks so good, I think it’s an easy recipe to make.
