Baked Eggs

So excited for you to try these baked eggs! Such a simple breakfast recipe for one. I have tried my hand at a low-sodium dish that I call Roasted Red Pepper Parmesan Baked Eggs. I wanted to use bold flavors to flavor my recipe instead of salt. This was the first recipe that I have made that I didn’t use an ounce of salt. So proud of myself, lol,! I have to say, that these baked eggs are fantastic! I highly recommend them for any breakfast.

I want to makeover stir fries. I love them so much, but the salt content in (most) soy sauce puts me off of the entire thing!

I hardly ever cook with salt and as a result my boyfriend is always adding salt to everything I feed him. I definitely need to check out that cookbook.
