Sharing a simple baked eggs recipe today! Love the flavors with the roasted red peppers and Parmesan. This is such a perfect way to start your day!
Baked Eggs
So excited for you to try these baked eggs! Such a simple breakfast recipe for one. I have tried my hand at a low-sodium dish that I call Roasted Red Pepper Parmesan Baked Eggs. I wanted to use bold flavors to flavor my recipe instead of salt. This was the first recipe that I have made that I didn’t use an ounce of salt. So proud of myself, lol,! I have to say, that these baked eggs are fantastic! I highly recommend them for any breakfast.
