White Chocolate Biscoff Blondies

I know, what is it with me, white chocolate and Biscoff right? I was totally thinking it too 🙂  Well, now I introduce you to Biscoff Spread if you haven’t seen it yet. It is the same consistency as peanut butter but tastes a bit like a cinnamon graham cracker and gingersnap cookies. It’s hard to explain until you experience it for yourself. Just like I said last week with the cookies, be sure to check Biscoff’s website to see what grocery stores in your area has it available. I had to order mine on Amazon, because my pesky grocery stores have not caught on yet. Amanda also brought me a couple jars (thank you)!!

These blondies are next to perfect in my book. Soft, chewy consistency like a brownie with the cinnamon-white chocolate flavors going on. I am in love with it, in other words 🙂  Hope you enjoy!

Going to try the recipe in my cakepop maker but instead of putting in the ‘extra’ white chocolate chips, I’m going to dip them in white chocolate instead. We’ll see what happens!

  2. Rachel

These look delicious. Have you ever tried it with Trader Joe’s cookie butter? I think its very similar to the spread you’re using.

  3. Carrie

Just made these last night – delicious! I actually poured the entire rest of the bag of white chocolate chips into the batter 🙂 Yummm

  4. Julie

I bought the spread as “Cookie Butter” from Trader Joes last week and have a batch of these in the oven right now. They smell fantastic and I love the spread!

  5. Jenni

Just tried the spread for the first time… I’m in love! Do you need to refrigerate it after opening?

    1. Kelster

I just saw on the Biscoff Cookies page that you do not need to refrigerate it. It should be kept between 63F and 73F.

  6. Annie

I just put a batch of these in the oven and I’m so excited to try them! I had a hard time keeping my spoon out of the batter 🙂 My next plan for the Biscoff spread is to sub it in for the peanut butter in my favorite Oatmeal PB cookies

I received my Biscoff Spread order from Amazon the other day – it is so good! I actually enjoyed some with Wheat Thins last night for dinner. I am seriously going to make these blondies and your cookie recipe too. I can’t get enough of the stuff!

  8. Darla | Bakingdom

I’ve been searching high and low for Biscoff Spread since I first read about it on Bake @ 350, all to no avail. And now, in addition to her recipe, I have even more recipes from you to try, once I find the stuff. I can hardly wait, I ADORE Biscoff cookies! Thanks for more yummy ideas!

    1. Jenny

Hope you can get your hands on that Biscoff Darla!! I have to order mine online still. Am hoping my grocery stores will catch on and stock it!!

  9. Lisa

I just purchased my first jar of Biscoff and upon coming home immediately cracked open the jar and dipped my spoon in. OMG! It truly tastes just like the cookies only it is smooth and creamy instead of crunchy.

I don’t know if this was mentioned here but there is a $1.00 off coupon to print on the Biscoff website and there is no limit to the number you can print!

I’m going to give your Biscoff Blondies a whirl tonight but I’m going to use some toffee chips instead of the chocolate chips as I don’t have any in my pantry right now.

  10. Kristen @ Chocolate Covered Kristen

Ohmigoodness – a spread that tastes like biscoff cookies? Why did I now know about this? Those look delicious by the way 🙂

  11. Cherai

These looks so yummy! I am so sad that Biscoff is not carried in AZ. Please pass this along so we can get it here is Valley of the Sun. Can’t way till that cook book comes our of yours too!

  12. Marla

I have never tried Biscoff spread, but clearly I need to change that. These blondes look awesome. Great chatting today 🙂

  13. Carrie

I just bought the Biscoff spread today and the second I tasted it I hid the jar from the rest of the family! Their site didn’t list any stores that carry it in my area (Pacific Northwest) but they had it at Top Foods with a tag that said “new product” so check your local stores even if they aren’t listed. It’s pricey but what a treat!

  14. Patti

One more thought- have you tried melting any of the Spread? I wonder what it would do to the blondies to have a little of the Spread drizzled on top of them?

  15. CookiePie

Oooooo – Biscoff Spread… yummy!! LOVE the cookies, so I bet the spread is fab. Gorgeous blondies too!!

  16. Melissa Shultz

Oh my goodness! After reading your post last week about the cookies, I had to get some and try them. I live in SE PA near Harrisburg/Lancaster/York and I found them at Giant (for anyone in this area who needs to find them and try them). I haven’t tried your recipes, but plan to when it gets a little cooler and I feel like baking. The Biscoff cookies are hard to stop eating. Now I need to track down the spread. According to the site, Wegmans carries it and I live about 30 minutes from one. So I need to take a trip and get some. This blondie recipe has my mouth watering. :o)

  17. Patti

I bought two packages of the cookies and one jar of spread from my local store. My spoon found its way into the jar immediately! I made your recipe for the cookies yesterday. They were fantastic straight out of the oven- I could hardly wait for them to cool off. Looks like next up are these blondies, if I can keep my spoon out of the spread long enough to make them!

  18. Karen Mackenzie

I am now schooled in Biscoff Spread!! I have kids with dairy and peanut allergies and so I am thrilled to find something they can eat! Of course I will need 2 jars (one just for me!). Thanks!

  19. Lauren from Lauren's Latest

    Step 1: find biscoff spread.
    Step 2: make these pronto.
    These look amazing.

  20. Lori @ RecipeGirl

The Biscoff people must love you! I tried stuff recently and wasn’t too keen on it. Maybe it’s better in blondies??

    1. Jenny

You didn’t like it?! Oh no! You probably wouldn’t love the blondies if you didn’t love the spread, lol!

  21. jen @ the baked life

mmmmmm these look delicious, the BATTER looks delicious. I’ve never tried biscoff, but I think it might be time.

  22. Liz (Little Bitty Bakes)

I’m with Jessica – give me that batter and a spoon! I love this recipe, Jenny – blondies are one of my favorites, I love them more than brownies!

  23. Averie @ Love Veggies and Yoga

    Jenny they look STELLAR!

How could anything with Biscoff spread <— to die for!

and white chocolate chips (and butter and sugar) NOT be totally amazing.

I love bars/blondies and although I am a chocolate girl overall, when a white chocolate treat is done right it's like heaven on earth and these look like…heaven on earth 🙂
