Cheesy Bacon Biscuits

This simple biscuit recipe has been one of our very favorites to make since 2011. We enjoy whipping it up on the weekends, when entertaining family and friends. This biscuit recipe works great for breakfast and even dinner recipes…Italian meals such as spaghetti and lasagna. See my homemade biscuit recipe for more inspiration.

I loved these in a rustic cast iron skillet, but if you do not have one, a small 8×8-inch baking dish would work too. Hope you will enjoy, bake some up today, you’ll be glad you did 🙂

Gosh these look amazing! I’m also all over anything with cheese and bacon. My question is therefore probably pretty funny but, regardless, does the Simply line have trans fat? The regular line does and so I don’t tend to buy it. Thanks!

    1. Jenny

      Hi Christine,
No trans fats, no artificial flavors/colors or high fructose corn syrup. I am a huge fan of their new line!

YUM! Just to clarify, is that fresh mozzarella or just a block of mozzarella? Fresh is usually in water, so I wanted to make sure. Thanks!

    1. Jenny

      Hi Jen,

      1. Jolynn

I totally used fresh mozzarella, but I honestly think that shredded would work much better. These are absolutely amazing.
